HR Technology Analyst & Content Creator
- Location: Fully Remote (must be based in the UK)
- Salary Range: £32,000 – £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
The Role: This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the cutting-edge world of AI HR technology. As an HR Technology Analyst & Content Creator, you will work directly with our senior experts to research, test, and write foundational analysis on the most innovative HR software on the market. You will be a key player in our content production process, helping us expand our coverage across critical areas like AI for Talent Management and HR Analytics & Workforce Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial market research to identify emerging AI HR tools and trends.
- Perform hands-on testing of software platforms based on our rigorous 10-point framework.
- Draft clear, concise, and objective analysis of tool features, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with our senior analysts to refine content and ensure technical accuracy.
- Assist in fact-checking and verifying vendor claims, pricing, and compliance data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, technology, and human resources.
Who You Are:
- You have a genuine passion for technology and its impact on the world of work.
